Registration and Mobile Marketing (SMS) related

1. Why must I register as a member?

Once you register as a member, you get to enjoy our Mobile Marketing (SMS) service at no setup cost at all and we even give you 10 free SMS credits for testing. Just purchase SMS credits and you can start sending out SMS. If you are a corporate user, please fill in your company’s information. Otherwise, please leave the field blank.

2. What happens after I submitted my registration form online?

After you register, a SMS with a verification code will be sent to your mobile phone. When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted for TAC code. The purpose of TAC code is to determine the validity of the account.

3. What does Mobile Marketing (SMS) offers?

Mobile Marketing (SMS) offers you with 3 methods of sending out SMS. You can choose either by logging in to our website, through Outlook SMS or customized it using our API. Although we currently are able to send to Malaysia numbers only, we will soon expand our coverage to 133 countries, over 243 network operators.

4. How do I top up SMS credits?

We offer SMS credit top up on prepaid basis. The credits can be purchased from your account. Once the order has been received, we will send an invoice to you. You can send us a crossed cheque or do a direct bank-in to our company's bank account. Once banked-in, please fax us the Bank-in slip so that we can proceed with the setup. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase from us. We will top up your SMS credit within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We also accept FPX payment (Malaysia) and credit cards (Mastercard or Visa) with the introduction of our new online payment facility.

5. Can I do sender branding?

Yes, we provide sender branding for Mobile Marketing (SMS). You can create up to 5 branding for your account. Should you need more masking, please contact us at info@isentric.com .

 

Reseller program related

1. What is a Reseller Program?

Reseller Program is designed for interested parties who wish to sell mobile marketing service to their clients or customers, either using by Mobility2u or customizing it to own branding. We provide end-to-end package of Mobility2u to our reseller at a better pricing and also full technical support to our resellers. We will not deal directly with your clients. To join our reseller program, fill in the reseller’s form and return it back to us. Our sales people will contact you once the form has been evaluated.

2. What are the benefits from joining the reseller program?

As a reseller, you can sell your own mobile marketing and at the same time enjoy our latest products and services available.

3. What is the assistance that I could get?

We provide full technical assistance to give you the confidence on using our system and we will not deal directly with your clients.

 

Billing related

1. What are the payment methods?

We will send you an invoice once the order is received. You can send us a crossed cheque or do a direct bank-in to our company's bank account. We will top up your SMS credit within 24 hours of payment confirmation. 2. To whom shall the payment be made?

Your payments shall be made payable to iSentric Sdn. Bhd. You may bank-in to the account or you can send the cheque or bank draft to us via registered or courier express. Please cross your cheque via A/C Payee Only for security purpose.

3. Can I terminate the services at any time?

Yes. You may terminate our service at any time providing you provide at least two weeks (14 days) notice in writing prior to termination of contract. We will not penalize you for termination of contract.

4. What is the direct bank-in procedure?

Once we received your order, we will issue an invoice to you. The banks details are available on the invoice. From there, please follow the instructions and you will be able to bank-in to our account. Also, please fax / scan us the bank-in slip so that it will be your proof of purchase.

5. Do I get any discounts if I were to buy in large amount of SMS credits?

Yes, we provide discounts should you decide to buy large amount of SMS credits. Please contact our Sales Department for further information.

6. Can I have more than one account from you?

Yes, you can register more than one account from us.
